Ep 6.2 - Understanding Why You Can’t Sleep
Hey there, and welcome back to the What Keeps You Up at Night podcast. I’m so glad you’re here because today I’m sharing why you might be up at night and what you can do about it. In this episode, we talk about the four main ways your sleep can get disrupted:
- Can’t fall asleep?
- Can’t stay asleep?
- Waking up at 3 or 4 a.m.?
- Sleeping too long?
We address all four of these and break down which area of the brain is affected most based on what you’re experiencing. I also introduce my Sleep Trio, three guided recordings designed for your conscious, subconscious, and unconscious brain. They help you by addressing the part of your brain that might be keeping you up, and you pick the recording that’s right for you.

You can also use this link to tell me what keeps you up at night so I can create a podcast episode for you.
Here’s what you can do:
- Fill out the form
- Receive the three recordings via email
- Optionally, upload a 2–3 minute audio about what keeps you up at night and let me know if it’s okay to use your recording in a future episode.
I’ll make one special for you. Even if you don't want me to use your recording I'll still make a special episode for you. Don't let that stop you. Your privacy is my priority and serving you is equally important.
My wish for you is that you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up at the right time feeling refreshed and at your best.
Let me remind you that this podcast is live and uncut. It’s about connection, clarity, and solutions, not perfection. We’ll stay connected even if it’s a bit messy. Can you handle that?
Action Step: Reflect on which type of sleep disruption you’re experiencing, download the Sleep Trio, and consider submitting your audio. I’ll connect with you next episode.
Love you muchly, see you sooner
