In this episode, I share what the start of this year actually looked like for me. Being in Monaco for a friend who lost her husband. Leaving France. Landing in Albania. Figuring out visas, travel, internet, Airbnbs, weather, and what happens when life does not go according to plan, but you keep going anyway.

This episode is about movement, decisions, uncertainty, and how all of that shows up in your nervous system, your sleep, and your sense of safety, even when things look fine on the outside. There are moments that are funny, moments that are frustrating, and moments that made me stop and really notice what my body and brain were doing along the way.
