Ep 6.1 - My 2026 Wish For You and Myself

This is the first episode of 2026 and the return of the podcast with a new name. It's now called, "What Keeps You Up at Night" podcast. We took a long Presidential Pause, and now we’re back.

In this trailer episode, I share why I stepped away, why I’m returning now, how I plan to serve you moving forward, and what I need from you so I can give you my best and nothing less. This episode is about getting reacquainted and giving you the background for what’s ahead.

This podcast is designed to reach my target market of female founders who want external success and inner peace. That said, even if you’re not a female founder, you’ll take something away. We all have something that keeps us up at night.

In this episode, I talk about some of the common things that keep people awake. But more importantly, I explain why you may not be able to sleep, which are two different things. I know it sounds like the same thing. That's why I explain it.

We’re not just talking symptoms. We’re talking patterns. I also introduce my three signature questions. If you've been following me for a while, you know them. But if you're new hear you'll get to know them because I use them often.

The most important one is: What’s your idea of prosperity?

I ask you to answer it for yourself, and I give you seven specific things to consider as you do. Make sure you listen all the way to the end so you don’t miss them.
